Child
will color the puppets and decorates with glitter or glitter glue if
desired.

Adult
helps cut the finger puppets ahead of time.

Older 3 year olds to
age 5: Some
children in this age group may be able to do some or all of the scissor cutting (adults
may need to assist).

For
all age groups: After finger puppets are decorated ask child what shape is
Humpty > Oval shape, shaped like an egg.

Place
one puppet in child's index finger. Attach a little piece of tape to hold in
place.

Adult can
wear the other finger puppet and alternate.

Dramatize
and sing the Humpty Dumpty rhyme here.
