& 3 year olds:
*Show, read
or sing the Humpty Dumpty rhyme here.

* Adult
helps cut the puppet ahead of time.
* Child
will color the puppet and decorates with glitter or glitter glue if
desired.
Older 3 year olds to 5:
* Some
children in this age group may be able to do some or all of the cutting (adults
may need to assist).
*Proceed to color and decorate as mentioned above.
For
all age groups:
*After finger puppets are decorated ask child what shape is Humpty.
*Place
one puppet in child's index finger (use a little piece of tape to hold in
place).
*Adult can
wear the other one and alternate.
*Dramatize and sing the rhyme here
